El uso de la imagen fluorescente ha aumentado significativamente su uso en la cirug\u00eda hepatobiliar y pancre\u00e1tica, pero no hay estudios comparativos que definan su aplicabilidad intraoperatoria en el abordaje linf\u00e1tico. La complejidad de las v\u00edas de diseminaci\u00f3n linf\u00e1tica del adenocarcinoma de p\u00e1ncreas hace que sea un terreno dif\u00edcil de definir y en el cual el avance tecnol\u00f3gico puede tener un papel fundamental ayud\u00e1ndonos a esclarecer estas rutas linf\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n<\/div>

En esta l\u00ednea, creemos que el uso de Verde de Indocianina intraoperatorio para la detecci\u00f3n del ganglio centinela mediante la imagen de fluorescencia puede ayudarnos a delimitar el territorio ganglionar afectado y lograr as\u00ed linfadenectom\u00edas m\u00e1s dirigidas.<\/p>\n<\/div>
