El control de la vena suprahep\u00e1tica derecha es una de las maniobras m\u00e1s demandantes durante la hepatectom\u00eda derecha laparosc\u00f3pica. En este v\u00eddeo se muestran tres formas diferentes de controlarla. Los dos primeros pacientes fueron diagnosticados de met\u00e1stasis hep\u00e1ticas de origen colorrectal y el tercer paciente de met\u00e1stasis hep\u00e1tica de un tumor estromal gastrointestinal (GIST) ileal. En el primer v\u00eddeo se realiza el control de la vena de abajo a arriba, previo a la transecci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica; en el segundo v\u00eddeo, tambi\u00e9n previo a la transecci\u00f3n, se controla la vena de arriba abajo, y en el tercer v\u00eddeo se controla tras realizar la transecci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<\/div>
