La pancreatectom\u00eda distal (PD) m\u00ednimamente invasiva (MIS) est\u00e1 actualmente bien establecida, ya sea mediante t\u00e9cnica laparosc\u00f3pica (PDL) o rob\u00f3tica (PDR). De 83 PD realizadas entre enero del 2018 y marzo del 2022, se realizaron 57 casos (68,7%) mediante MIS, 35 PDL y 22 PDR (da Vinci Xi). Se eval\u00faa la experiencia de ambos procedimientos y el valor del abordaje rob\u00f3tico. Se analizan en detalle los casos de conversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>

La PDMIS es un procedimiento seguro y factible en pacientes seleccionados. Una planificaci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica y la implementaci\u00f3n escalonada basada en la experiencia previa ayudan a afrontar procedimientos t\u00e9cnicamente exigentes. Se sugiere que la PDR podr\u00eda ser el abordaje de elecci\u00f3n en la pancreatectom\u00eda corporocaudal, no siendo inferior a la PDL.<\/p>\n<\/div>
