Curriculum
Sara Sentí i Farrarons (Barcelona, 1992), is a general surgeon and develops her clinical activity in the area of hepatobiliopancreatic surgery and pancreatic transplantation.
She studied Medicine at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona (University of Barcelona), and did her residency at the Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital.
She has furthered her training in different national and international hospitals, including the Hôpital Paul Brousse and Hôpital Beaujon in Paris, as well as the Hospital Politécnic la Fe in Valencia, where she completed her master’s degree as an expert in HPB surgery and her master’s thesis.
Dr. Sentí complements her healthcare activity with the completion of her doctoral thesis at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and has a special interest in the development of innovation projects and augmented reality applied to surgery. She is also studying for a Master’s degree in Ethics and Medical Law at the UB, for which she has received a scholarship from UNESCO.
